Return And Refund Policy

Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

3. Items damaged due to misuse

Return Process

1. Email service@vorlenix.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items at no additional cost.
